Not a franchise. Just a local crew.

I've been coating concrete floors in Chattanooga for years — garages mostly, some commercial jobs, a few basements and patios. We're not a national company, not a call center that farms your number out to three guys. It's me and a small crew. We show up, we do the work, and we don't leave until it looks right.

Every estimate is free and done in person. I come look at the floor, measure the space, and give you a straight number — no upsells, no pressure. If I think epoxy isn't the right call for your floor, I'll tell you that too.

Licensed and insured in Tennessee. I stand behind the work.

What We Do

Epoxy and concrete coatings for homes and businesses across Chattanooga, TN.

How It Works

Simple process, no surprises.

01

Free On-Site Estimate

I come out to your place, look at the floor, and give you a real price. Takes about 20 minutes. No charge, no obligation.

02

We Prep the Concrete

We grind the surface down to bare concrete so the coating actually bonds. Any cracks or spalling get filled. Good prep is what makes it last.

03

Done in 1–2 Days

Base coat goes down, then topcoat. Most residential garages wrap up in a day or two. Stay off it 24 hours, wait 72 before driving on it.

Questions People Ask

The stuff I get asked most before people decide to pull the trigger.

How much does epoxy flooring cost in Chattanooga, TN? +

Most residential epoxy garage floor projects in the Chattanooga area run $3–$7 per square foot installed, depending on the coating system and floor condition. A standard 2-car garage (approximately 400–500 sq ft) typically costs $1,200–$3,500. Commercial and metallic epoxy systems run higher. Request a free estimate for a number specific to your project.

How long does epoxy flooring last? +

A professionally installed epoxy floor coating typically lasts 10–20 years in a residential garage with normal use. Commercial and industrial systems under heavy traffic may need refreshing in 5–10 years. Proper surface preparation and coating thickness are the biggest factors in longevity.

Can epoxy be applied to an old or damaged concrete floor? +

In most cases, yes. Minor cracks, spalling, and surface imperfections can be repaired before coating. Severely damaged or structurally compromised concrete may require more extensive prep work. Your contractor will assess the floor during the estimate.

How long does the installation take? +

Most residential garage floor coatings take 1–2 days: one day for prep and base coat, one day for topcoat. You'll typically need to stay off the floor for 24 hours after the final coat and avoid driving on it for 72 hours. Full cure takes about 7 days.

Is epoxy flooring slippery? +

Standard epoxy has a smooth surface that can be slippery when wet. Most contractors apply a non-slip additive (broadcast flakes or anti-slip granules) to the topcoat to address this. Ask your contractor about anti-slip options — it's a standard upgrade for garages and commercial spaces.

How do I maintain and clean an epoxy floor? +

Epoxy floors are low-maintenance. Sweep or dust mop regularly to remove grit that can scratch the surface. For deeper cleaning, a mop with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner works well. Avoid harsh acidic cleaners, steel wool, and abrasive scrubbers. Wipe up oil and chemical spills quickly — epoxy resists them but prolonged contact can stain.

What's the difference between epoxy and polyurea floor coatings? +

Epoxy is a two-part resin system that bonds tightly to concrete and provides a thick, durable finish — it's the standard choice for garages and commercial floors. Polyurea is a newer, more flexible coating that cures faster (sometimes in hours) and handles extreme temperatures better than epoxy. Many installers use a hybrid approach: epoxy base coat for adhesion and build, polyurea topcoat for UV stability and durability. Ask us what makes sense for your specific floor and use case.

Do I need to move everything out of my garage before you come? +

Yes — the floor needs to be completely clear so we can grind the entire surface. Cars, shelving, bikes, and anything stored on the floor should be moved out before we arrive. If you can't move large items yourself, let us know in advance and we can work around specific sections or help figure out a plan.
